Venue:
BrixtonThe Jamm
Alright people,
the Dub-Pack teams latest venture sees them teaming up with South London’s Dubtastic at Brixton’s infamous Jamm on Friday the 2nd of October.
West-London based, Deep Medi soldier, Silkie and Bristol-boy Headhunter top the bill providing the masses with a lesson in synth-driven, genre
spanning basslines.
If that wasnt enough, Dubtastic have called in Funkatech heavyweights Pyramid and Far Too Loud to celebrate Inch’s (Ctrl Z) birthday.
the combination of these two breakbeat giants promises to bring previously un-chartered territory to an open-minded, dirt-craving crowd.
Radio 1’s D-code, sits comfortably alongside the likes of Vagabondz residents Slugz & Boyson, adding yet another slice of quality to the dub-pack cake. We have also enlisted the assistance of an up-n-coming collective of producers operrating under the name ‘Stuck’, who’ll be administering an exciting and creative new sound to showcase some of London’s freshest talent.
Last but not least, ATG’s ‘dubstep hotties’, Elvee & Moxie who proved last time that they are worthy of the call-back will be manning (or wo-manning) the decks. They’ll be accompanying newest member of the Dub-pack crew Krooks who’ll be dropping a tasteful selection of tunes in perfect keeping with what this night stands for.
Arrive early and you’ll catch the dubtastic wild live jamm session in the main room to get you in the mood.
