THE BRITISH MUSIC EXPERIENCE PRESENTS ‘HOSPITALITY Q+A&E’
On the eve of the September instalment of ‘Hospitality’, the bi-monthly night at The O2’s Matter nightclub, the British Music Experience and Hospital Records are proud to present a unique opportunity to interact with the key artists from one of the UK’s most successful independent dance labels.
Hosted by BBC 1Xtra’s Nerm, ‘High Contrast’, ‘London Elektricity’ and ‘Logistics’ will be presenting their music-making techniques. From singles, album tracks to remixes, they will be taking questions on how they go about creating their trademark sounds. This distinctive original event offers audiences the chance to meet first hand some of the individuals behind the music and will evoke lively discussion and interesting debate. It’s also the ideal warm-up to the late-night event at Matter.
The British Music Experience is Britain’s interactive museum of popular music. From Trad Jazz to Dub Step, you can explore over 60 years of British music history. Get up close to 100s of famous artefacts and artist memorabilia, eavesdrop on candid interviews with British music’s biggest stars, flick through a virtual collection of cult Dance hits and related stories, record yourself singing, mixing, playing guitars, keyboards or drums and bust your moves in your own dance video. Store your musical experience with your Smarticket to keep for life and get 3 free songs from iTunes.
