For all those looking for their midweek Drum and Bass fix, the solution may have been found!
Bass Hertz will be the first of many nights to be hosted by Motion, the latest exciting promoters to hit the scene, the promise is a night of DnB to be remembered on Thursday 2nd September, 8pm till 3am in the stylish Chapel Bar 29a Penton Street, Islington, London.
Headline acts will include: nominated “best newcomer DJ” DNBA awards 2009 – DJ A.M.C. Known for his impressive use of 3 to 4 deck mixes will be playing a 2 hour set.
Winner of the “Random Concept DJ competition 2009” DJ Blackley who is fast gaining a reputation as one of the most technical DJ’s currently on the dnb scene, pushing boundaries with his 4 deck mixing and the latest addition to the line up, the one and only Sub Zero. A man who has respectfully worked his way to the top of the scene as one half of G-Dub and is still turning heads with his solo releases on Ganja Records.
To complete the line up there will be use of fresh, up and coming talents DJ Philth, DJ Maky and DJ Brewer.
The whole event will be hosted by the free-flowing MC’s Fearless, Wreckless, Phantom, Darx & Nevsta.
For those students worried about watching their budget before the new term starts, the earlier you arrive the less you pay! There will also be drink deals throughout the night meaning you can rave till the early hours in affordable surroundings to the music you love.
